CopyMart delivers printed orders to addresses all across India.

Delivery Charges

• A flat delivery fee of ₹35 applies within Tamil Nadu & Puducherry for orders up to 200 pages.
• Orders above 200 pages qualify for free delivery.
• Outside Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, the delivery charge is confirmed shortly after your order is placed.
• Exact delivery charges are always shown before you pay.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location — typically 24-48 hours within Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, and a few days longer elsewhere in India. An estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are queued for printing once payment is confirmed. Printing typically begins within a few hours of order confirmation, and orders are handed over to our courier partner shortly after printing is complete.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track it anytime using the phone number you provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us with your Order ID and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
